Tenable Network Security Signs Exclusive Deal with Arrow Electronics in Australia and New Zealand

Channel expansion key to Tenable growth strategy for all of Asia Pacific

Tenable Network Security, Inc., a global leader transforming security technology for the business needs of tomorrow, announced today it selected Arrow Electronics, Inc.’s enterprise computing solutions business in ANZ as the distributor of choice to deliver comprehensive security solutions directly to mid-market and enterprise channel partners.

The agreement is the first direct distribution agreement in Australia for Tenable and is part of the company’s strategy to expand its global footprint to meet the growing demand for security technology that addresses the widespread adoption of cloud, BYOD, containers, Internet of Things and other emerging trends in enterprise technology.

“Tenable is looking to double sales in Australia and New Zealand this year, and our relationship with Arrow is a key part of that overall growth strategy,” said Gary Jackson, vice president of Asia Pacific, Tenable Network Security. “Australia and New Zealand account for a large part of our annual revenue in APAC, so expanding our channel focus to reach more mid-market and enterprise customers with Arrow will help us accelerate growth in a very important strategic market for the rest of this year and into 2017.”

Through the Tenable Partner Program, Arrow ECS ANZ will offer Tenable solutions to their own sales partners, making it easier for mid-market and enterprise resellers to deliver comprehensive vulnerability management and the industry’s only true continuous monitoring solutions to customers.
