Course Description
This two-day Tenable.ot™ Specialist Course instructor-led course is a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises. Participants in this course will learn how to deploy Tenable.ot to manage assets and proactively detect and mitigate threats using a risk-based approach. We will also cover policy configuration, integration with Tenable.sc™ and troubleshooting the Tenable.ot platform.
Audience
This course is suited for professionals with OT security responsibilities who want to gain hands-on experience in deploying, configuring and supporting the Tenable.ot platform. It is recommended for those seeking to obtain Tenable.ot Specialist Certification.
Prerequisites
Tenable highly recommends that all participants complete the free Tenable.ot Introduction Course available at Tenable University before attending this course.
CPE Credits
Tenable cannot award CPE credits toward industry certifications as CPE credits are awarded by the certification body that grants the certification (e.g., ISC2, SANS, PCI Council, etc.). Tenable provides a Certificate of Attendance after completion of a Tenable Instructor-Led course, and in most cases this certificate is accepted by the certification body and CPE credit is awarded.
Tenable.ot Specialist Certification
The Tenable.ot Specialist Certification is a two-part exam, written and practical, that validates your ability to plan, deploy, verify and troubleshoot Tenable's Operational Technology (OT) platform. The exam is taken online in a proctored environment, and candidates are allowed to use review materials for assistance. The written exam must first be completed before you are allowed to take the practical portion. Upon successful completion of both exams, a Tenable.ot Specialist Certification will be provided in electronic format.
